How Haunted Headquaters was created.
Dr. D loved Halloween but each year more than one person was unhappy. So Dr. D decided to
make a place where Halloween could be perfected. Dr. D inherited this place from his grandfather. Soon
he fixed it up and created Halloween Headquaters.
